Liturgical Musician
Since 2018, Alex has been playing regularly at St. Thomas More RCC in Hauppauge, with experience accompanying cantors, directing choirs, and leading song. In addition, Alex has played at various Catholic Churches throughout the Diocese of Rockville Center, multiple Episcopal Churches on Long Island, and for a variety organizations such as United Cerebral Palsy and Catholic Charities of Long Island.
Alex is proficient on various organ consoles, as well as electric pianos, synthesizers, and digital workstations. His liturgical music experience ranges from traditional chant to post-Vatican II hymnals to contemporary Christian and grassroots folk. In addition, Alex has composed music for chant and psalms as needed.
Alex also has the technological capability to provide music in a variety of settings as needed. He has coordinated music for multiple outdoor Masses, from the beach to the parking lot.
